Deep water running – there is no impact on the joints therefore it is suitable for people with arthritis or joint mobility issues. AquaSparke is a training mode which reduces weight bearing load. It provides a unique method of exercise like no other.

Water running is the perfect balance of strength and conditioning, a workout which will help you to get stronger while feeling and looking fitter. It is appropriate for all ages– I have worked with clients from 15 through to 92 years of age.
